fa990 Responsible Gaming — Your Safety Is Our Priority
Entertainment should always stay enjoyable. fa990 provides all the tools and support you need to play in a balanced and safe way.
Why Is Responsible Gaming Important?
Online gaming and betting are an enjoyable form of entertainment for millions of people. With proper planning and self-control, it can be a completely harmless pastime. However, when gaming gets out of control, it can lead to personal, family, and financial problems. fa990 believes that every player deserves the opportunity to play in an informed and responsible way.
Before and while playing on our platform, ask yourself a few simple questions: Are you playing for entertainment, or are you chasing losses? Are you staying within your set budget? Is gaming affecting your daily responsibilities or relationships? Honest answers to these questions will help you stay in a balanced position.
fa990 offers a number of practical tools for your protection — including deposit limits, time-out options, and self-exclusion when needed. On this page you will find details on how to use all these tools and how to get support.
Our Protection Tools
Deposit Limits
You can set a maximum daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limit. Once a limit is set, reducing it takes effect immediately. Increasing it takes effect after a set cooling-off period, which protects you from making impulsive decisions.
Time-Out Feature
If you feel you need a short break, use the time-out feature. You can set a time-out ranging from 24 hours up to 6 weeks. During this period your account will be temporarily suspended and no bets or deposits will be possible.
Self-Exclusion
If you feel you need a longer break, choose the self-exclusion option. This can be set for 6 months, 1 year, or permanently. While self-exclusion is active, fa990 will not send you any promotional messages and your account cannot be reactivated.
Gaming History Review
Log in to your account at any time to view your complete deposit, withdrawal, and betting history. Reviewing your own spending patterns is an important part of responsible gaming.
24/7 Support
Our support team is available in Bengali and English 24 hours a day, 7 days a week via live chat and email. If you have any concerns about your gaming, do not hesitate to contact us: [email protected]
Account Verification & Security
fa990 keeps your account and transactions secure through SSL encryption and a strict identity verification process. Your personal information is never sold to third parties.
Recognising the Signs of Problem Gambling
Most people play for entertainment and have no issues. However, for some people gaming can become a problem. If you or someone close to you shows the following signs, consider seeking help:
- Repeatedly playing to try to win back money lost
- Spending money meant for bills, rent, or essential expenses on gaming
- Trying to stop playing but failing to do so
- Lying to family or friends about your gaming
- Feeling restless or irritable when unable to play
- Neglecting work, studies, or family responsibilities to play
- Taking on debt or borrowing money to fund gaming
- Gradually increasing the amount wagered to get the same level of excitement
If these signs appear, remember that seeking help is not a sign of weakness — it is a courageous step. fa990's support team is always ready to assist you without judgment.

Tips for Balanced and Enjoyable Gaming
Set Your Budget Beforehand
Before playing, decide the maximum amount you are willing to spend. fa990's minimum deposit is ৳200, so it is possible to start with a small budget. When your set budget is used up, end the session — do not try to recover losses.
Respect Your Time Limits
Decide on a time limit before each session. Set an alarm on your phone or use fa990's time-out feature. Playing for long stretches in one go reduces your judgement.
Keep a Clear Head
Avoid placing bets when you are tired, stressed, or emotional. Good decisions come from a calm and clear state of mind.
Treat Gaming as Entertainment
Online gaming is not a source of income — it is a form of entertainment. Winning is possible, but losing is also normal. If expectations of winning become too high, it is a good idea to take a break.
Talk Openly with Those Close to You
Be open with family and friends about your gaming habits. Take their concerns seriously — problems are often more visible from the outside.
If You Need Support
If you feel you are having trouble controlling your gaming, contact the fa990 support team without delay. We will listen to you without judgment and help you with the self-exclusion or account closure process.
